Not all of our products live under the same roof, so there maybe some slight differences in the way we’ll deliver your items to you.

We offer a Next Working Day delivery option on orders placed before 12 midday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

If the midday cut off time is missed your order will be delivered on the next available working day.

Saturday Delivery

Subject to a premium shipping charge, we can arrange delivery to take place on a Saturday.

To book a Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by no later than Thursday midday. If the Thursday midday cut off time is missed your order will be delivered on the following Saturday.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

You will receive your tracking information to the email address you specified when creating your order.

Once you have this tracking information you can visit the courier’s website or contact them directly for further updates.

How does your OIPPS standard delivery service work?

Our Standard delivery option means that you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days of the order being placed.

How does your OIPPS next day delivery service work?

When our Next Working Day delivery option is chosen your order will be delivered the next working day.  This option is only available for orders being delivered in the UK.

The cut off time for Next Working Day delivery is 12 midday (BST). This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If the midday cut off time is missed your order will be delivered on the next available working day.

How does your OIPPS Saturday delivery service work?

Saturday delivery is only available within the UK and is subject to a premium shipping charge at checkout.

To book a Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by no later than Thursday midday.

If the Thursday midday cut off time is missed your order will be delivered on the following Saturday.

Can I get my order delivered on Sundays or bank holidays?

Unfortunately, Sunday and bank holiday deliveries are not available at present.

How do I select Next Day UK Delivery?

After you have added all the items you require to your basket, proceed to checkout as a guest or register as a customer. The next steps will require you to fill in your billing/shipping address.

After this step it will display all available Shipping Methods for your order/delivery address. At this stage select ‘Next Working Day (order before 12midday)’.

Remember: This is only available for orders within the UK and orders must be placed before 12 midday.

How do I select Saturday UK Delivery?

Do you deliver overseas?

We deliver within the UK and Ireland, and also to the following European countries-

Who will delivery my goods?

Depending on the weight and/or quantity of your order, we ship via Parcelforce or Pallet delivery.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Unfortunately, at present we are unable to offer this service.

Can I have delivery to an alternative/work address?

Yes, all you need to do is add the most suitable address as your shipping address at checkout.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address after the order has been despatched.

Don’t worry – if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted our delivery partner will leave a card explaining what to do next.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Our delivery partners will attempt to leave parcels with a neighbour if no one is available at the nominated address given when placing your order. However any pallet deliveries will only be able to be delivered to the nominated address.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If your order is late or you just want an update on your delivery status please contact our Customer Service Team.

How do you package my items?

Depending on the items ordered and quantity, we will either send your order packaged in branded OiPPS boxes or on a wrapped pallet.

Parcel Items:
Parcel orders will be sent in branded boxes with sufficient packaging to protect and preserve your goods. A delivery note will be included with your goods.

Pallet Items:
Larger orders will be sent on a pallet with sufficient packaging where needed to protect and preserve your goods. A delivery note will be included with your goods.

Will all my items be delivered together?

We aim to fulfill all orders from a single depot, however occasionally we may have to split orders due to stock being held at different depots.

In this case, we are able to track all parcels internally, so please feel free to contact our customer support with your order number so we can assist.

We are currently working on ways to improve our tracking system to update with all relevant tracking information when required.

Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments.
Customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by OIPPs.co.uk.
To find out if custom charges apply for your delivery, we suggest contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.

What do I do if I've had an incorrect item delivered?

We strive for perfection with every order that is picked by our Warehouse team.

However, if you discover an error in your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace your item(s) or give you a full refund (or, if you prefer, provide store credit) and pay for collection of the order to be returned to us.

If you contact us after 30 days we will either replace your item(s) or, if that is not possible, offer you a full or partial refund.
