What do I need to open an online account?

All you need to open an online account is a valid email address. Once you’ve also chosen a password you’re good to go.

+ Products

What does lacquered mean?

Lacquered refers to the internal coating available on some of our metal containers. Where a product is described as plain interior, then no coating has been applied.

Where a product is described as having a lacquered interior, a protective coating has been applied to protect either the contents of the container or the integrity of the metal where there is a risk of the metal reacting with the contents.

A good example of this is where an internal coating protects the metal container from rusting and oxidisation when holding water based products.

Another example is protecting food from metal contamination or discolouration or acidic products from corroding the container. In all instances of sourcing metal packaging for foodstuff, you should always check that the container is food-grade.

Some of our products have an external lacquer or coating. This is usually white. External lacquer on metal products helps protect the metal from environmental elements and can also help with the adhesion of labelling.

What is fluorination?

Some substances, such as certain solvents and chemicals can react when in direct contact with plastic surfaces.

Fluorination is a process that is applied to plastic to preserve the integrity of a container. During the fluorination process, a coating is applied to the inside of the container to offer an extra layer of protection against permeable liquids.

What are UN Approved containers?

UN Approved or UN Certified containers, are containers that have been officially approved and certified for the transportation and sending of goods on the UN Dangerous Goods List.

UN approval means that the products have passed stringent testing for the transport of hazardous goods and substances.

Please contact us if you require a UN Certificate for one of our products.

Are lids included?

The majority of our products do not come with lids/closures included as standard. However a variety of closure options are available to add to your order on the product page.

Products that do include lids/closures as standard and so will have no closure options available to select.

Can I request a sample?

As Oipps is a retail division we do not currently offer samples. However all of our products are avialable to order from a single unit upwards.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity for your products?

We do not have any Minimum Order Quantities in place. All of our items are available to order from a single unit upwards.

What’s the best price of your products?

The prices shown online are set and non-negotiable. Prices do vary dependent on the quantity of items ordered.

Occasionally we may offer a special discounted price on particular products due to promotions and special offers.

If you are looking for wholesale quantities, please contact our wholesale division Invopak here.  Minimum order quantities will apply and Invopak will require your company information to create an account.

What if you dont have what Im looking for?

If you cannot find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone, email or LiveChat and we will help in anyway that we can.

Do you offer a printing/label service?

This is not currently a service that we offer via Oipps, however, our wholesale division Invopak may be able to service you; although this is likely to require high Minimum Order Quantities.

How much does delivery cost?

All our carriage costs are calculated based on the weight of items ordered and location of the delivery address. The cost of delivery can be seen at checkout before placing an order.


Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes next day delivery is available.

How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking information via an email to the email address you specified when creating your order.

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Department via our Live Chat option and we will be happy to help.

Please have your order number available to avoid any delays.


What time will my order be delivered?

Unfortunately, our shipping carriers are unable to specify an exact delivery time frame for you.

Parcelforce – All boxed deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.  On the day that your delivery is due to be made, Parcelforce offer a live tracking option which will display an estimated time slot for your delivery under the “My Parcel live” option.

H Crabtree / PGS – All pallet deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.


Which carriers do you use?

All boxed deliveries are made by ParcelForce.

All pallet deliveries are made by either H.Crabtree Ltd or PGS Global.


Can I collect my order from a depot?

We do not currently offer collection from any of our depots.


Do you deliver to Ireland?

Yes, we deliver to both Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland.


Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we currently deliver to:

  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Germany
  • France
  • Spain

A carriage quote can be obtained at checkout before you purchase.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. The easiest and fastest way to do this is via our LiveChat option which is found in the bottom right hand corner of any webpage).

If your order has already been dispatched before cancellation you will not be able to claim back the delivery charge.


Can I add items to my order if its already been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to add items to orders already being processed, any additional items required will need to be placed as a new order online.


What should I do if I receive incorrect/damaged items?

If you receive incorrect or damaged items please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.

Can you send me a VAT invoice?

You will receive a VAT invoice on the evening of your delivery date via email to the email address specified when creating your order.


Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately as Oipps is solely an online store, orders can only be placed via the website.

However if you require any help or advice when placing an order please do not hesitate to contact us.
