The New Recycled Range
Our recycled PCR Buckets Bottles and Jerry Cans are
Practical and Sustainable
Our new recycled containers are a more sustainable way to use plastic packaging. They are made from up to 70% recycled plastic and are fully recyclable too.
Recycled Buckets
Sustainable
Our recycled (PCR) buckets are made from 70% recycled plastic, which is much higher than the industry standard.
Core Range
They are available in a range of popular sizes; 3 litres, 5 litres, 11 litres and 16 litres. Lids are available separately in a range of complimentary colours. The buckets are also fully recyclable after use.
European Manufacturer
Our buckets are made in Europe and shipped via road and rail, for a lower carbon footprint.
Food Grade Recycled Bottles
Food Grade
Food Grade packaging must meet strict health and safety standards, but because it is difficult to trace where the recycled plastic has come from Food Grade recycled packaging is rare. This is why our Coex bottles are made differently.
Multilayer Technology
Our bottles are made using three layers. The core is recycled plastic that is sandwiched between inner and outer layers of virgin plastic, this means that the layer that's in contact with the contents is guaranteed to be food grade.
British Manufacturer
Our PCR bottles and Jerry Cans are made in the UK reducing the transport carbon footprint to a minimum.
Sustainable
Coex bottles are a great eco-friendly packaging solution for all goods, including food and beverages.
Why use recycled packaging?
Uses Less Energy for a Lower carbon footprint
Making products from recycled plastic uses up to 75% less energy than using virgin plastic, according to WRAP's UK Annual Plastics Report.
This is because extracting raw materials is energy heavy, using recycled plastic means the energy costs of getting materials out of the ground aren't needed.
This means that even when the collection, recycling and remanufacturing processes are factored in there is a 75% carbon saving.
The circular economy
Closing the loop on plastic packaging
Remanufacturing products using recycled plastic is more sustainable, because it feeds plastic back into the system, helping us move towards a closed-loop circular economy.
Using the earth's resources wisely
Plastics are made from petroleum. Recycling and remanufacturing help us to use the world's resources for as long as possible. It makes sense ecologically and economically for us not to waste the planet's raw materials.
Less Waste
All of our PCR products are recyclable so they can be fed back into the system, reducing landfill waste.
