Depending on the weight and/or quantity of your order, we ship via Parcelforce or Pallet delivery. Heavy or bulky items and items purchased in significant quantities will be sent via pallet delivery. Based on the items in your basket the most economical shipping methods are calculated at checkout. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £250. Shipping costs are capped for OiPPs customers at no more than the shipping cost of 2 pallets.
OiPPs currently offer the following delivery options:
Next Working Day: For orders placed before 12 midday we can offer next day delivery, excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Standard 3-5 Working Days: Standard delivery means you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
Saturday Delivery: Subject to a premium shipping charge, we can arrange delivery on a Saturday. To book a Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by no later than Thursday midday.
Our shipping carriers are unable to specify exact delivery times. For orders shipped via Parcelforce, deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. For orders shipped via pallet carrier, deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.
Occasionally some customers choose to collect their order from our depot in Hyde, Cheshire. If you would like to collect from our Hyde depot, we would require a minimum of 2 hours between order receipt and collection. If you would like to collect from our depot, please contact us via LiveChat or sent us an email. Our depot is open for collections between 10am and 4pm.
